Annie & Jason's Chocolate Baked Ricotta

As seen on Channel 7's Better Homes and Gardens.


  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 500g ricotta cheese, well drained...
  • 300ml thick cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Strawberries to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Line the base of a loaf pan with non-stick baking paper and grease with cooking spray.
  2. Melt chocolate in a bain marie and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Place ricotta, cream, eggs, sugar and the cinnamon in a food processor and process to combine.
  4. Add the cooled chocolate and process until smooth.
  5. Pour into the lined pan and bake for 1 hour until set. Leave in the oven with the door ajar for 30 mins then place on the bench top until cool.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours until firm. Turn baked ricotta on to a plate and serve with fresh cream and strawberries.
