All Hunter Belle Cheese products are hand made from Brown Swiss cows’ milk and there is no extra cream added. We receive the milk direct from the farm, pasteurise it and make the cheese. The milk is not standardised or homogenised. Therefore throughout the year as cows graze different pastures the cheese exhibits natural variation between batches.
Hunter Belle Cheese produes an award winning range of soft and hard cheeses that are generally produced all year round. Some varieties are only available through our cellar door in Muswellbrook.
