Fetabelle in brine is our award winning feta style cheese.
Fetabelle comes packed in the brine so you don’t have to use it straight away. You can take a piece out and cut some off, and return the rest to the brine and if sealed well the cheese will last many weeks in brine.
You can rinse the cheese before using and pat dry to reduce the salt.
Fetabelle is ideal because it is firm enough to cut and soft enough to crumble into your favourite dishes.
Fetabelle in brine comes packed in 250g retail tub, 1.5kg bucket or 3kg bucket for food service.
