Hunter Belle Cheese is a producer of unique, high quality gourmet cheese products.
All our cheeses are handmade exclusively from the milk of Brown Swiss cows in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW.

Hunter Belle Cheeses are amongst Australia’s best, winning multiple awards including six Gold Medals at the Australian Specialist Cheesemakers’ Association Shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Our small factory is ideally located on the New England Highway just north of Muswellbrook and is open 7 days from 10am – 3pm.

Varieties produced in the factory include Camembelle, Goldenbelle, Bluebelle, Fetabelle, Marinated Fetabelle, Fromagebelle, Belleyere and Cheddarbelle.
