Hunter Belle Cheese is a producer of unique, high quality gourmet cheese products. All our cheeses are handmade exclusively from the milk of Brown Swiss cows in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW.

Hunter Belle Cheeses are amongst Australia’s best, winning multiple awards including Eight Gold Medals at the Australian Specialist Cheesemakers’ Association Shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Our small factory is ideally located on the New England Highway just north of Muswellbrook and is open 7 days from 9am – 3pm. Varieties produced in the factory include Camembelle, Goldenbelle, Bluebelle, Fetabelle, Marinated Fetabelle, Fromagebelle and Cheddarbelle. New to the range is Labelle - a Labna yoghurt cheese infused in a lemon pepper oil. Also try our Blue Moon a semi hard blue , smooth creamy & delicious!

We are now producing YOBELLE - This handmade natural yogurt has all the health benefits associated with live yogurt cultures has no additives, thickeners or preservatives and is available in a wide range of flavours.
